Ken Fletcher

Ken FletcherKen has helped 3+ generations of families in North Louisiana for over 33 years.  He has guided them to make informed decisions, avoid costly mistakes, lower taxes, increase their estate size, and find money falling through the cracks, allowing them to redirect dollars to family or charity.

He is a sought after speaker on financial issues offering seminars to local clubs, corporations, senior groups, and churches. He is the host of “Money Matters”, offering unique, educational vignettes on KMLB talk radio. Ken was among the first 10 endorsed local advisors hand-picked by Dave Ramsey to offer investment advice to his national radio audience.

Education and Achievements: Ken graduated from ULM with a BME in 1976, but credits his part in losing a championship baseball game at age 13 as his greatest teacher in life. He is the founder of Fletcher Financial Group, a State Registered Investment Advisor. He is an investment advisor and a licensed insurance professional.

Family: He lives in West Monroe with his wife, Karen of 37 years. He is PaKen to 3 grandchildren. His office is in the historically renovated Vantage Tower, in downtown Monroe. Beyond business, his passions include family, faith,  biking, and music!

Patrick Williams

Patrick WilliamsPat Williams, known to family and friends as “Old Patrick,” has spent most of his adult life involved in financial markets.  This included working in a private agribusiness firm in which he was the company’s President and was involved in both commodity and financial markets.  After the sale of that business, he spent five years as a Registered Commodity Advisor assisting farmers in the use of commodity futures and options in the marketing of their crops.  In 1995, Old Patrick became a Financial Advisor, assisting clients with their wealth management as well as managing the offices for two large brokerage firms. In 2010, believing that the retirement landscape had changed for Seniors, he re-tooled his practice to focus on safe money strategies offered through major insurance companies.  

Education and Achievements: Pat attended Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA, where he earned both bachelors and masters degrees in mathematics.

Jordan Smith

Janine BreauxJordan was born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana where he attended River Oaks High School and later graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. After graduating college, he entered the financial services industry and later transitioned to the insurance industry before finding his home at Fletcher Financial Group. Jordan’s previous experience and his family’s history of entrepreneurship helped him develop a unique skillset. These skills and energy make him a perfect fit for FFG! Jordan is the Director of Legacy, a division of Fletcher Financial Group. He works closely with local attorneys, CPAs, and nursing homes within Legacy to help families preserve their assets from the high cost of Long Term Care events.

Education and Achievements: Jordan graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and was also a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity. He serves on the local Alzheimer’s Association board and volunteers at other local senior and chamber of commerce organizations. He is an investment advisor and a licensed insurance professional.
